Just when you thought you had enough reasons not to go to a Celine Dion concert, the rat-like French-Canadian songbird decided to give her audience a peek at her Canadian bacon. Celine Dion upskirt while she performed at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, on December 9. Dion wore a pink dress that afforded some upskirt moments. Dion may not have intended to lift up her dress as she had not worn matching underwear. Dion gave the front row audience a bonus when she flashed her white panties during the show. The upskirt moment happened when she was performing on stage. She appears to have squatted down while singing, and while she managed to keep her knees together, the audience got a shot of what was underneath. Mexican authorities want to know what Mexico did to Celine Dion to deserve this shocking moment of terror. Luckily she was wearing panties at the time so nobody was too severely traumatized.
